Sometimes I guess people just think they are better then others and they only deal within their click and that isn't right. Case in point, several months ago I was discussing with a so called guru about creating a membership site that would put groups of JV's together in small groups and working with them to build their lists and their businesses. All was going well and then all of a sudden no more responses to my emails and then the person opened up a site with the same format with someone else based off of my idea. I think JV Brokering sounds like a good idea, I for one look forward to working with you if I get the chance.
